That's just the video changing speed - slowing right down then speeding back up again. If you look at all the other less bright objects that are moving onscreen at the same time, they ALL slow down by that same amount simultaneously and then ALL suddenly speed up again simultaneously. Nothing to see here.

There's a big Spielberg movie coming out this summer, I expect you'll see a ramp up of this type of person coming out of the woodwork looking to cash in on the back of it.
I'll bet a zilllion quid he'll be on every podcast of note throughout the summer and autumn, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if he releases a book to cash in on the movie.
