Neil didnt exactly shine in league 1, and waa linked to leeds. If he had moved hed probably be playing lower league football right now, he couldnt have developed any better than he did at safc as he doesnt have the ability.

Lad was a decent servant nothing more nothing less, a statue? Have a word 🤣🤣🤣

Did it all last season like I've just said people have selective memory.

Rodwell did that but it’s a harsh criticism of Neil. In fact very few players have done that for us since that period. Neil was a good championship midfielder and may have ability to be slightly better than that.

Always a bit of a giveaway that someone is spending their time watching a match looking for reasons to get on their preferred scapegoat's back to fit their preconceptions, that one.

And there were plenty of times in the Championship when everything we did was going through Neil.

He was a good Championship player, probably not good enough to get lots of minutes in a good Premier League team, thanks and good luck to him.
