Mags selling their stadium to themselves

Didn't the FA want assurances that their takeover had nothing to do with PIF. sure I heard that said, if it was then they have all the proof now to investigate this

Regarding the mags and Villa always twisting about PSR and not being able to compete with the big 6 ( Tottenham hah !), presumably the vast majority of the 20 Premier League teams at that time, voted in favour of the move ?
Presumably, Arsenal, City, Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool did to consolidate the advantage they had already, but a 75pc majority decision ( which I think is required to make change happen) would have needed another 10 to vote in favour ?
Just wish the fkrs would crack on and stop whining about how it's stifling them.
By 'buying better' would help for starters, after that shit show of a summer window 😃.
Didn't hear the kernts whining when mega wealthy Hall and Shepherd took them over in 92 and blew most of the other 91 league clubs out of the water as far as having hugely wealthy owners were concerned ( and still won fk all).
Always the victims in their own tiny minds aren't they ?🤬🤬🤬🤬

B Johnson man, absolute whopper.

Who polices and deletes stuff like that?
I've just got rid of the AEG 60%. I did so last night too but a staff member or bot replied to me saying the edit wasn't being allowed as deemed as vandalism. I replied saying no it's a factual inaccuracy that's being corrected.
Regardless of intentions if Mike Ashley was still in charge and announced this out of nowhere, there would be absolute riots!

They allow the Saudis to do it purely on the hope of buying them success
Yep, they will allow his excellency to do pretty much anything, unchallenged, if it means they might get an upgrade at right back.

He can say it all he wants. It's what literally every club in professional football wants. It's the easiest and most obvious thing in the world to say.

Executing it successfully is an entirely different matter, and while Beheaddie is still waddling about getting his DoF sacked in order to give his nephew a job with Jack Ross supervising him they've got no chance
They brought a new DOF in during the Autumn. Another jock, Ross Wilson. Nobody seems to know anything about him though. All the mags I've asked have just said 'who is he like, never heard of him', erh your new DOF.

How can they value a stadium they have publicly stated they intend to demolish at anything like this price? It doesn't sound like a market value deal

See some insta mag gobshites downplaying the fines ...only €10m(max)

But are the fines limited in such a way

I am not sure this is true. I think it is more a “others do it so why not us” attitude.
Also, were Ashley still in the seat, it is likely he would already have done this. I very much doubt any financial loophole opportunities were passing him by!

And, if true, this is (as I posted previously) a perfectly ‘acceptable’ reason to do it.
When the penalty is a pittance there really isn’t any real reason not to.

I noticed this from a Newcastle fan

"As part of stadium improvements this summer, supporters that leave before the full time whistle will need to scan their ticket to exit the stadium. Data will be used to determine ticket access to future games"
My Mag mate at work (lol) has just been telling me about this. I assumed it was an April fool, is it not?

So let me get this right, they were a football club playing in a stadium they built on ground they don't own but pay a peppercorn rent for. Now they are a club playing in a stadium they don't own on land they don't own?
A bit like putting your caravan on a caravan site then selling the caravan to someone else while still living there.
