I really worried he didn’t at one point. Lads family and family connections know how to run a business and have experience running a big (at the time) club. To move forward lad has to have it.

Think there’s a few misunderstandings on here. Yes he’s done a good job as a chief business officer. As part of a restructuring we are now going after a CEO. Presumably someone with a slightly different skill set and or experience.
