Got a proper throw back on my feed yesterday, when Earl Hebner cost HHH the title to Jericho with a quick count.

Grown adults hugging each other in the crowd and going mental.

Such a tame product now, has its moments but on the whole it’s very bland.

This was great and they definitely shouldn't have changed it back. 2000 was a fantastic year in wrestling.

Think it was a test to see how the crowd reacted
Jericho after a very good debut had a pretty poor first year in the company and was being called a flop, fell out with people, couldn't wrestle the style and just lingered in the lower midcard in poor feuds.

I think this was a let's see how he does if we tease a push and if he can handle stepping up. It worked.

Whoever the bloke in the chaps was didn't do anything they'd told him to and kept jumping back up. Apparently the jobber was in his home town and didn't want to look weak even though he was booked to do a job. It pissed off Sid and Spivey because the match fell to bits so they beat the fuck out of him. Apparently Spivey kept open hand slapping him backstage until Sid calmed him down 😂

It's a pretty sad indictment that we are weeks from WM and this thread is barely going :lol:
on the plus side this is worth a watch, I have the DVD set somewhere.. canny funny Mike Graham (not that one) randomly throwing Double J under the bus at the end 🤣

I popped a bit of SD on this morning as I was up early. Bella Twins are shite. That Jelly Roll singles match was pathetic. I do like an angry Randy but he’ll lose no doubt.

It’s all just a bit pants really.
