O'Nien

Can't see the club getting rid of him this summer unless he actively wants to go. Has shown enough in his few appearances this season to suggest that he can be a perfectly adequate squad player at this level and he's clearly a massively positive influence behind the scenes.
Your perfectly adequate scale needs work. Liverpool red card, Leeds headlock, Leeds backpass, Visitors goal.

He’s only started about four Premier games this season.

Fair play to the lad made the mistake but he got his head down and grafted his bollocks off
O'Nein is not really a good enough player for a team that once to progress. BUT ... He should be immediately offered a contract extension until 2031 and supported by the club in obtaining his coaching certificates, shifting to a player-coach contract upon completion. I'm not exactly sure how (or even whether) what he has can be coached, but it would be worth giving it a try even if it only comes off the once.

Superb character , model pro in terms of maximising his potential through hard work but I think he'll be gone in the summer. The level of " defensive odd job utility man" we're looking at these days is Geertruida

The lad's started 2 tough away games against Leeds and the Mags, where we've had a number of injuries and we've come away with 6 points. No one acknowledges his shortcomings as much as the lad himself and I was frustrated when he gifted the mags their goal but he was solid after that.

Hope he's happy to stay in and around the squad playing a limited role but if not, I'll be gutted to see him go, even with a footballing upgrade. He's been the one constant pretty much in our journey back from footballing oblivion.

I love him. Has he cost us a game in the prem? People say oh the city red (3-0 down) oh the Leeds headlock (wasn't given) oh the mags pass (we won). Is he good enough to start every game? No of course not but he is a valuable squad player to us and important for the dressing room.

I could pick out games where Reinildo has made awful mistakes. Brentford pen, Villa red off the top of my head. You could do it for a lot of players, Lee Fee gifted a goal to someone I can't remember who.

Point is he's stepped up from league one and done the job without costing us any points.
