Spoke to a lad I know who went and he said "about 100 Southern". He went on the train yesterday, back tomorrow. Not the easiest place to get to from anywhere really even London/South East Poolies, it's a trek & expense. 3rd highest away following at Truro this season.

There are a group and family that live around Brackley.
Small World as the Dad is a mate of one of my best mates. Met them after the last game of the season when a 1-1 draw was enough for both of us to reach the play offs.
We noticed them on the way back to the station and they were having a problem getting into a pub. They tagged along with us and we had a beer with them.
Unknown at the time that they were going back to Banbury thus we went on the train back together.
Met the bloke at a bbq months later.

Would not be surprised if they travelled down.
Decent number that.

At the match on Saturday with my dad. Looking forward to it. Last time we went to a non league game it was Ashington 3-3 Consett so hopefully it’s another 6 goal thriller with all 6 for the Pool

Great win for Southend…

Sort of not disappointed because I'm hoping we get a new manager so ending this ridiculous play off hope I don't think will be a bad thing if it means getting a new manager in for next season. I'd like to think the owner realised there is no chance now and starts to prepare for next season without Featherstone as manager... Whether that means getting someone in now or early in the summer, I don't mind. What we cannot do is give Featherstone next season.
