Founders bar

Caring club.

Love how were heading on the pitch.

Poorly functioning cash cow off it.
Seems to be the direction of travel. Waiting list for corporate and normal seats means they can get away with stuff like this. Heard from a lad who has had a box for past 5 years being priced out next season , rumours the club wants some boxes for the players families to buy. They have been told that if they don't renew then its on waiting list for normal seats.
This is a real scandal and im surprised people are taking it lying down to be bonest I would be raging
What can you do ?
We have phoned account manger who passed it off to ticket office. The ticket office came back and said that corporate seats are classed as in a different group and history is non transferable .
I said surely it comes under the one banner of SAFC ...... unfortunately not was the reply

I really can’t see why anyone would accept poor seats just to get what’s been offered in the Founders Club.
There's barely a poor seat in the stadium in truth. There are obviously some better than others and personal choice too. I wouldn't like to sit in the Premier concourse, too high a view point for me but they are certainly are not bad seats.

Some whoppers online try to compare out away end to Newcastles 😂 It's level 3 versus level 7 at the shit tip! With the black cats bar (76 yards) it probably equates to level 4.

There’s only one block’s worth (tier) difference to be fair, not 3 or 4 normal sized blocks difference. They call it Level 7 because their bottom tier is divided into two tiny ones, then they have two normal sized blocks, a hospitality area below the upper tier similar to our 76 Yards/BCB, then their upper tier which is basically the same as our North Stand Upper with a balcony area and normal sized block.

I sit in the premier concourse at the front and would not want to move anywhere else, the view is elevated but not that much and its about the best view in the house in my opinion.
We were turfed out of them during the salmon pants era and went into the Black cats bar which was ok inside to start with but declined under that regime to shite, the seat which was at the back in the middle of the goal was too far away from the other end, so much so that on a misty day it was difficult to see. When the premier concourse opened up again we were off back up there like a rocket and i hope it never has to be closed again.
Its all a matter of opinions which is why i hate the east stand, i think its horrible and don't ever want to be there again even for cup matches, so if a cup match is on and my seat in the premier concourse isn't available then neither am. some will say no loyalty and the seat doesn't matter but that my money and my choice and if anyone doesn't like it they can lump it, i don't care.

Happened to quite a few unfortunately. Been told there are no spare seats in the normal areas and will have to go on the waiting list.
Tried raising it with our corporate account manager who said nothing he can do, need to phone ticket office. They said because corporate is classed as a different "group" your corporate history is not transferable and you will need to go on main waiting list.
Shambles
Minging that like

Couldn't agree more with this. Cup games with only the east stand open was a very poor experience and handled terribly. Never again for me

There’s no seats available bud. I’m not sure what the club can do really.
Thing with Founders is we all had to take whatever standard seats were available when they turfed us out of BCB. The seats we bought would have been general admission price had we not picked them. If it was wanting to leave quinns i get it. You cant keep your padded seat etc. But we're just two random people in the middle of a block of GA.

My concern was that if we knocked it on the head, they'd just get returned to GA, the club have come back on this and apparently these two seats will always be founders, despite being in the middle of a block of GA.

See, I loved sitting in the East Stand 😁

I was at the edge of the North Stand 18 yard box for over 20 years, row 21, 5 rows up from the mid section. Perfect view IMO 🙂

Give them a chance to move on moving day before new buyers. Not rocket science
I’m guessing they can’t be certain there’ll be spare seats yet.

Highly unlikely, but until the holding period for season tickets ends, they’ll have to assume everybody’s renewed. Even then, there’s a risk that people exiting corporate may exceed the amount of spare seats that become available. Then, it’s a case of are these going to be one off singles scattered around.

Simple scenario to resolve this. Fill the small section at the front of the away end with away fans. Move the cordon along, the spare seats created can be for those exiting corporate.

Then, they’ll have to come up with a scenario where this cannot happen again next year. It might be capping the season ticket number even lower & not replacing them when someone doesn’t renew to create more spare seats which would subsequently go on match to match sales once they’ve sorted exiting corporate out. Cos let’s be honest, if you’re paying a premium you deserve some kind of help reverting to a normal seat if you wish.

Thats fine if they try and theres nothing suitable but right now they are saying computer says no . Embarrassing service and boot lickers sticking up for them should have a word
But the seats are classed as premium mate. People are on a waiting list for GA seating.
You could get a job at the to with that attitude

Club are effectively blackmailing people to stop in the premium areas, it's either pay the price or back of the waiting list queue and lose your season card next season. If someone wants to move from a premium area back into a normal seat they should be right at the front of the waiting list and that doesn't seem to be happening by what people have said on this forum. Club are taking the piss out of people.

Yeh spot on cant believe some people sticking up for them

If it went tits up again they'd be going cap in hand to the loyal supporters that have had corporate during the League One days but are now being priced out and unable to move to GA.
