Am I reading this right that anyone can just walk in to the bar at full time?

Suppose that the point i'm getting at. It was sold out with ST holders presumably early doors, interested to know if they've seen value enough to continue again next season.Sold out tho
I mean post match.Sold out tho
Yes. Suprised me that.Am I reading this right that anyone can just walk in to the bar at full time?
Yeah that doesn't seem to add up for me. Either it's hospitality and private for paying customers before/after the game or it is a sports bar to be used before/after. I come out of the turnstile closest to the entrance mind so I might use it for a quick pint stop as the traffic over the bridge settles down.I mean post match.
Yes. Suprised me that.
We moved there from BCB because the standard seats that were available were shite by the time we had a look. Wish we hadn't bothered. Overpriced, crowded, crap layout. The toilet situation is a nightmare for those with a dodgy bladder. You use the toilet on the main concourse so you've everyone from founders (who are scattered all over the ground) and everyone from that block all cramming into the bogs that were only meant for one block.Intrigued to know how this bar is going and peoples opinions, as a long serving BCB ST holder, we're now 'slumming' it in standard seats.......
But would like to utilise as a treat so it's interesting to read back and see it's now open to anyone after the match.
1) Is this because people have opted not to use after the game? I can imagine this is frustrating for those who have paid full price, as did we when in the BCB and the wrist bands became a bit of a farce.
2) Can we upgrade for a single pre-game access.
3) Do people think this area has generally on the whole been a success, or is it overpriced? Has it been impacted by the bridge/sheepfolds i.e becoming more accessible to alternatives.
Yeah, been in a couple of times this season. Was great in there after the mags game.Am I reading this right that anyone can just walk in to the bar at full time?
I’ve had a complete opposite experience. We moved there from BCB because the standard seats that were available were shite by the time we had a look. Wish we hadn't bothered. Originally they put us up in the Prem Concourse but on movers day we spotted two seats in the west stand by the padded seats. They let us move there (they were standard seats) but wouldn't let us drop founders so we ended up forced to pay the extra. We're going to try dropping it again this season, but it sounds like if we do, the club will cancel our season cards and our seats would go back on sale at standard price.
Subject to capacity though. Last time i tried to use I was waiting awhile outside to get in.Am I reading this right that anyone can just walk in to the bar at full time?
Last summer we’d already signed up for founders because we didn’t have much choice. When the better (standard) seats came up, they let us take them, but only at the founders price. Don’t know what they’ll do in the summer tbf, but last summer they wouldnt allow it."Originally they put us up in the Prem Concourse but on movers day we spotted two seats in the west stand by the padded seats. Ehhhh??So SAFC don't let you downgrade from a premium matchday season ticket to a normal one? The Founders bar is a life sentence?
Where is the queue to get into the Founders Bar after the game? Is it from the concourse or the outside door?Subject to capacity though. Last time i tried to use I was waiting awhile outside to get in.
I walked past after the last home game and it looked like you could just walk in from the outside after the match.Where is the queue to get into the Founders Bar after the game? Is it from the concourse or the outside door?
Wasn't so much a queue as the doorman on the outside door stopped a handful of people and said they were at capacity and didn't know how long it would be until people left. Ended up being bout 10 minutesWhere is the queue to get into the Founders Bar after the game? Is it from the concourse or the outside door?
FYI - Thats exactly what they've said"Originally they put us up in the Prem Concourse but on movers day we spotted two seats in the west stand by the padded seats. Happened to quite a few unfortunately. Been told there are no spare seats in the normal areas and will have to go on the waiting list.FYI - Thats exactly what they've said
Caring club.Happened to quite a few unfortunately. Been told there are no spare seats in the normal areas and will have to go on the waiting list.
Tried raising it with our corporate account manager who said nothing he can do, need to phone ticket office. They said because corporate is classed as a different "group" your corporate history is not transferable and you will need to go on main waiting list.
