He did book him for the foul but gave them the free kick for a supposed push on the lad by Diarra. Another ludicrous decision, it's why he never got sent off. Ridiculous

Gave them a free kick for a very soft push just as Adams went into the challenge.

I can see why he gave a yellow for that challenge, it wasn't a clear red for me. Maybe an 'orange'.

Yep, you're right, awarded it to Bournemouth amazingly. But somehow give them a yellow as well. Truly bizarre.

He did - he booked Adams, but still gave Bournemouth the free kick. Totally incomprehensible.

I agree. The issue for me is I struggle to see how O’Nien’s v Man City was worse.

Adams’ was much more reckless and dangerous to Xhaka than Onien’s was

This was terrible. He was looking at Geertruida and I think he booked Sadiki because the Bournemouth player appealed. There’s no way he knew when Sadiki cleared the ball.

The Bournemouth player appeals a second after the ball is kicked so I think the ref thinks he’s kicked it later than he did
