just looking at the photos from Bahrain this morning, just dawned on me that they sacked off those silly front wheel arches! what were they all about? other than a spot for teams to add more adverts to?

they were about cleaning up the front wheel wake, they didn't really achieve that so they binned them.
 
Aston off to a shocker. Only 30 odd laps done all day and miles off the pace from the looks of it, albeit with Stroll driving.

Sainz is a fairly level headed bloke, so his words are worryingly ominous for me as a fan & the last 4-5 years of the sport:

This really annoys me. Frank Williams and Patrick Head must be spinning in their graves. What used to be a serious racing team, now running on vibes and memes for the DTS generation. Do this when your systems aren't cobbled together in Excel, the car is ready, passes its crash test on time and is quick and reliable. Don't be a cartoon when the car is shit and late.

JV seems to spend more time doing updates to camera than any actual work
