He is bad in midfield no question about it. It stands out a mile. He dosnt appear to know how to play the role.

Very very poor and completely baffling why he's in the side. Can only be as some kind of 'talisman' type player given his rise through the leagues with us but he just isn't a leader...as Dan Neil wasn't and it shows.
