Brobbey

Aye he had Esteve's life tonight

Think him specifically showed the gulf between the Championship and Premier League considering how well he did last year
Yeah Esteve was considered one of the fastest and most physically capable defenders last season. He got absolutely murdered by Brobbey last night.

Maybe I just need to accept and appreciate that he will contribute to more goals than he scores and that's ok. If he could finish I guess a few more clubs would have stood up and took note.
Yes, you really do.

Thats doing him a massive injustice, have you conveniently forgot the fantastic finishes against Arsenal, Spurs and Palace? He only didn't score last night because of a very good save.

He's kind of our Emile Heskey, buy as we get a bit closer to wherever in tge table, everyone just assumes we should get an upgrade, have a word with yourself.
way better than heskey. If heskey plays now, he will struggle. He often lose ball at times against world class defenders.

I thought Esteve was one of their best players last night, but that matters not, there simply isn't a defender in existence that can hold off Brobbey.

I actually think Heskey would be more respected if he played now

I think fans are more understanding that a lone striker sometimes doesn’t get loads of goals but brings a lot to a team

He's some boy like. Was just missing a goal to round off one of the best "target man" performances I think I might have ever seen from a lad in red and white. As that video showcases, it was just a masterclass. A real unique sort of player compared to the usual strikers you see these days. An absolute nightmare to play against.

20m looks even more of a steal as the season progresses

Exceptional Brobbey!! Outstamding contribution strength touch hold up play is fantastic. Best we have had of his type since Quinn. Indispensable he will soon be in big demand imo. Keep it Quiet🤣

I can't wait to see the best of him when we have a fully fit side. Xhaka back organising everyone and starting moves. Diarra playing in and around him and our wingers / full backs fully firing and supplying him from wide areas too.

He was brilliant last night, the only disappointment was that he didn't connect with the best chance he got.

Very strange isn't it. When we think of some of the utterly terrible strikers we've had over the years, and now we have this lad who is a complete night are to play against and some are like 'nah...'.
Enormous strength-isn’t for me
Exquisite first touch-isn’t for me
Great lay offs-isn’t for me
Good pace-isn’t for me
Scores a goal-isn’t for me
Hugely competitive-isn’t for me
I mean sometimes on here.
