Body shop TPM crews all going to 4 shifts from March, Team leaders of those crews going down to 2 shifts to create production team leaders.

Work life balance isn't it? Nissan pay well for largely unskilled labour but want a good pound of flesh in return.
It's not a place I ever wanted to work at but it provided a couple of my pals a decent lifestyle but neither were on the line. Both are now fairly recently out with very large pay offs so they haven't done too bad at all.
Overall I want Nissan to do well for all of the Sunderland lads who work their. Obviously the mags can fuck off.

Its by far the worst job I've ever had treat like dog shit and shite working hours anyone who thinks its a good place to work isn't right in the head. Wouldn't go back if they pay me
