It’s an all time low for the company telling people a Saturdays on then cancelling it because don’t need cars. If it’s true that’s totally taking the piss people have already committed to coming in

people have arranged thing like seeing family kids or going away different dates etc revolving around them putting that date on they are taking the piss cancelling weekend days
So the voice of the workers wants company to work overtime when they don't need to. Im sure people would be over the moon with that(not)

No I’d prefer them to maybe not just plan it better and not tell it’s on just for the sake of it incase we need the cars people with kids need to plan ahead and things like this fuck it up let’s hope it doesn’t just become the norm

It is shite mind, part of the reason I left was having more control over my own time.

Not really. It’s not the making plans that annoy people, it’s the not making plans because your told your working, and then being told your not.
You are asked for overtime on monday rivht? Then told its not on on tuesday? Its only a day
