I've not mocked Dan Neil not getting a game. I've mentioned before on here how a little bit of me is sad not to be seeing more of the lads who got us there playing for us this season, but it's needs must and it's proving an enjoyable season.

I've mocked the idea that A) there's some conspiracy behind his lack of game time, and B) those who simply can't fathom his lack of game time.

It's the harsh reality of football that there's currently better players in front of him.

I'm actually delighted that half of that promotion team are getting game time.
It's a better step-up percentage than most would have predicted.
Some posters though seem super sensitive when the deficiencies of those that won't make it are pointed out and lash out as highlighted by tonights moderator.
They'd do well to enjoy the journey and look forwards for once.

No one is objecting to differing opinions, what they object to is the demeaning and disrespectful manner they are being made.
