Browne ( Derby 1 v 0 Boro) came on 83mins
Roberts (Watford 3 v 0 brum ) full game
Huggins ( Wycombe 1 v 1 Cardiff ) came on 65mins
 
Aleksic. 6 games 0 goals or assists for Cracovia. Not even the top league in Croatia.
Weird how he was so highly rated, the next Croatian wonderkid etc. Was said itwas unbelievable that he was coming to us etc (and cost a lot at the time). Makes you wonder how they got these reputations.

Cracovia are currently lying in 6th (3pts behind the leaders) in the Polish top division (Ekstraklasa) and are from Krakòw.
I’ve seen them play at home v Widzew Lodz. They wear red n white striped shirts and black shorts (sometimes white) and they are currently in the Polish leagues winter break.

He's not playing in Croatia nor is he Croatian.

No wonder he's not the next Croatian wonder kid.

Was he that highly rated though?

I don't know much about him previously. he was quite limited in experience and what 18 when he arrived? Maybe like Hemir etc he's developed a reasonable reputation over a short period and was available and we took a punt rather than miss out. Our record of buying from Europe around this period is ropey as owt apart from Mayenda.

His apparent reputation (among us) seems based on us knowing pretty much nowt about him barring him being called up to the Serbia full side for two Nations League games and not playing. If he was that highly rated then I'd imagine he wouldn't be strolling around in the Polish league on loan right now and might have got a better loan given he's still only 20.

I always thought he looked talented in some aspects, but very raw. I really don't get the Poland loan unless the club have almost given up on him.

He probably is a long way off playing PL. But unless players like him make an instant impact on loan and are fantastic talents, then managers are rarely going to rely on them. When there was loads on here suggesting he shouldn't be playing lower than Championship I called it as nonsense - he's nowhere near yet. He should be in L1 or L2 getting games off the bench, getting a good grounding and making his way in.

Agreed on Ogunsuyi but it's worrying that he got fewer and fewer minutes.

And to be fair to people about Aleksic, he was called up to the full Serbian squad the day after we signed him. Their manager at the time had high hopes for him.
