Jared Gillet

Never watched a game where he's done a good job. Meant to be some Aussie supremo when he came over. Must have a different rule book over there because he's gash.

Missed about 30 handballs just to start.
Commentators praising him for letting the game go. Aye fine, but you can't really let handball go.

The second half I think City were testing him to see what they could get away with. Seemed like a lot.

There was a handball 2nd half that wouldn't have looked out of place at the Chicago Bulls.

He's a plum.

I’d forgot he was the Dan Neil red card ref until this thread. He was shockingly bad last night and I’m over the moon we managed to get a point in spite of him.

The throw ins and free kicks for them were encroached. There was a blatant foul throw. The stoppage for a Man City tea break and to be fair some time wasting by them when we were on top were all no problem but then when we were taking a tiny bit longer he was waving his arms. There was a spell late on of fairly obvious fouls and a couple handballs that to me looked like definite bias to give them an attacking chance. There was a header from Gvardiol where he shoved I think Hume to the floor before heading it which looked an obvious foul, Mundle getting barged down after about two or three bites at him where he tried to stay up is another. Shockingly one sided refereeing.

He's the worst I've seen all season, shockingly bad.

Not sure why we bother with linesmen anymore either, seems to be for decoration these days.

There was some bad ones but for me the worst one - and I don’t think I have ever seen it happen before - was when the ball went out for a goal kick and Donnarumma quickly went behind the goal in the second half and got a different one from the ball boy and then took the goal kick from way behind the goal line. He dropped it so firstly it was still bouncing and not dead and secondly, the ball must have been at least three feet outside the pitch.

Both ref and Linesman were running towards the halfway line, our lads weren’t set but it resulted in a rapid break which was only stopped at our penalty area before unsprisingly he then awarded them a free kick.

Has to be one of the most one sided officials I have seen this season. Bloke was star struck with them.
Thanks for that i thought id imaged it. I thought that cannot have been on the pitch!

He was a disgrace last night mind, missed 3 blatant Man City fouls in the same move and said play on in 2nd half, was desperate for Man City to score! Very surprised he didn’t give them a penalty
