Early Leavers - Again!

No different from the people who go down 8 minutes before half time and come back 5 after restart.
Its embarrassing mind.

I dont doubt we sell out every game but the
Empty seats at any given time is mental b
Imo its like a sheep effect. We have been playing mint at home, the late goals, til the end fresh in everyones mind.

As performances may drop off in the new year it’ll be like lemmings diving for the exists often from 82 mins onwards.

I hate it too, but you've got to admit its been better this season than for a very, very long time.

Been 95% full at FT for pretty much every game from what I can see.

Don't get me started on going for pints at 35 mins though.
Which makes all the reasons people give daft I suppose . I think they have the match on below now too so people at bar 25 mins in watching on telly and stuff .

People literally do just twist on about anything these days mate.Literally couldn't care less if people leave early, i just don't get why people are so bothered .
Exactly mate. I didn’t even notice on Sunday as was watching the game.
I didn’t get back to my seat until a couple of minutes into the second half mind as bumped into a mate I rarely see and was having a bit crack with a pint. I must have enraged some folk.

Was expecting a thread, so I'm not disappointed I've started it!
There was a break in play on 85 mins, it started, twats up out of their seats tapping the person next to them. Out they went, really encouraging the team to give everything "Til the end" (NOT). What's the point of going to the match if at 3.50 on a Sunday afternoon you can't hang around for 8 sodding minutes 🤬🤬🤬🤬.
Rant over, but, I will no doubt be ranting again
Get over it people have been leaving games up and down the county much longer than you’ve been going to games 🤷

Always makes me laugh at people moaning at this as if it’s something new or just a Sunderland thing

We are worse for it than just about anywhere lets be honest.

Couldn’t see a thing out of my seat last 3 minutes due to mass exodus in West Stand as I sit in end of row seat next to stairs.

However. What people think of what time you choose to leave the match has nothing to do with you. They’re entitled to think whatever they want.

Who do you think toy are judging other people?

Back in your lane sunny boy.

You are absolutely right daft lad.
They can think whatever they want too.

However. I certainly wont be altering my matchday routine 😂😂😂

So back into my overtaking lane and zooming past you.

😂😂😂

You’d notice if your seat was towards the end of an aisle and the early leavers blocked your view for the last few minutes.

I don’t blame them for leaving early tbh, from the full time whistle it sometimes takes me 15 minutes to get from my seat to the concourse, an absolute ball ache in the south stand
Deffo worth leaving early and missing last min winners if it's going to take 15 minutes.
I know the match is that main point of the day, some folk travelling hours to get to the SOL, but 15 minutes to get out. That sounds too horrendous to contemplate mate

I’m all for letting people do as they choose. But early leavers at HT and FT do my head in mainly as I sit on an aisle seat and I end up having to stand up for decent stints.

I do think it’s habitual for some.

I agree...the final few minutes of a game is very important and always has more incidents....so why leave???....it's a time where the encouragement to the players should be the loudest to drive them to end.

Does it sway? Genuine question
Apparently so.
