There are 3 options I think.
1. ID checks at random for all fans, maybe only 100 per game but might be enough to put people off chancing it. An inconvenience for everyone really, unless they can have a list at the turnstile to tick your name off instead of traipsing to the ticket office.
2. Exempt the tickets bought by branches, make everyone else have to do the odd random ID check. Bit of a two tier system, not really very fair.
3. Live with the "problem" as it is today. No inconvenience, but likelihood of people being able to build their own points is over. Those of us in phase 1 can dish out the odd ticket to the plebs if we fancy a game or 10 off.
