Australia v England, 3rd Test, 16th December , 23.30

Well there goes the faintest hope we had of rescuing the series😂

Gonna watch the first session but I reckon they’ll still be batting at the end of day 2. Have to hope for a miracle and get Australians out before they manage to get themselves in. Wonder if there’s any odds on smith and lasagne both getting centuries.

If we are by some chance able to get a win, then a lot is going to fall on Jacks’ shoulders with as the pitch starts to turn later in the series.

You’ll get some canny odds on a smith century now

This is the type of thing we would never do.
They have effectively retained the ashes, yet they still prepare a pitch for a draw to guarantee it just in case we do actually bat well.

Still wouldnt put it past him.

This pitch is a typical Adelaide day test wicket, flat then breaks up under the heat on days 4 and 5.
Which, oh look, we will now be batting last on, so Jacks playing doesn't really matter too much now
Stokes should take the new ball over Carse mind

We just need to bat through and put them for the 2nd innings after tea on the 4th day.
Simples
