Robin Roefs 🇳🇱 compendium

Le fee was in acres . So not a bad decision.

I Think he could have done better on both goals. Particularly the first

As good as he has been i thought he was poor tonight.

Thought it was a poor decision to play it to Le Fee who also cocked up and Saka shouldn't find the net from that angle.
Poor is harsh, the Le Fee ball was fine, Enzo had it under control and cocked up, it happens. The Saka finish was very good, I think it beats most keepers but perhaps Roefs will feel he could have done better.

I don't think he's getting anywhere near the second one.

First one- you always think a keeper shouldn't be getting beaten at his front post but it was actually a superb finish too. A lot of pace and right on the floor; one of those you probably actually need to save by sticking a foot out rather than diving; very hard to get down that quickly.

Think i'd also fancy my keeper to save the Trossard effort thats pretty much just to his right aswell.

He's been excellent for us but thought he looked off today.
I've no real complaint over the Trossard goal. It was a rocket, and our players parted like the Red Sea for him.

If I'm being critical, I think he could do better being beaten at his near post for their first.

I think the Mukiele chance was similar in some respects, it wasn’t on target but if it was I don’t think Raya was getting down to it. The 2nd he got pretty close to, I think a lot of keepers would barely have moved before it was past them.

Not sure how he can be blamed for Trossard's goal but shots at his near post does appear to be the one weakness in his game at the minute. Should really have done better with Saka's goal tonight and the goal we conceded at Chelsea.

Will win us a lot more points than he costs us throughout the season though and in terms of his distribution and the way he commands his box he's been a huge upgrade on Patterson.

exactly. He was probably worried about Saka going across goal, which is invariably where a player will aim for. More to aim at and a good chance of a parry into on oncoming striker.
