We’ve got several players who wear them now, maybe it’s a tribute to DC or something I don’t know, all a bit strange
I think Cirkins is more like a proper cast with bandage over the top rather than the strapping Le Fee and Sadiki use

Likewise, I broke my Wrist 16 years ago and even now I struggle to twist or play tennis without some discomfort on shots.

I broke my wrist playing football in Spain in 1974. Local doctor straighten it out, with no anesthetic (my mate was holding me down on the table in the doctors surgery) then put a cast on it and said "Ahí lo tienes" ...*there you go, in Spanish 😱 I was in agony, and we cut the cast off after a few days and strapped it up. Obviously it didn't heal properly 😭

Anyway in 2022 I broke my wrist again quite badly (radius) and had to get real surgery to have a titanium plate put in (I'm 72 years old) 🥵

After the surgery the surgeon said we fixed that other badly healed break that you had previously "when was that"? ..... Oh, it was only about 50 years ago 😂

All good now the titanium plate is brilliant and highly recommended 🤕 😎

The lad has had a very tough time the last few months both mentally and physically. Really hope he's doing ok now. As it's pretty awful to be in that place
