I think it's simply footage of a strike on an enemy aircraft or drone tbh.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that the 'UFO' sightings these days are the US, China etc and they've had the 'UFO' technology for decades.
Now theres still the burning question of where they got it from and if that was from downed alien craft years ago, but nonetheless its now just advanced drone warfare/spying flights between the superpowers.
Its still worth noting that despite AI video's, fake VHS video, debunking, etc etc, if only one UFO was indeed not from this planet, its still the biggest game changer on Earth ever.
With the current direction of travel, Im hopeful we might get to find out soon.

They may well have the tech but i always come back to why hasnt it been used in war? Russia for example could have won the war in Ukraine within a week but years later they're still at it.
That's quite a refreshing change.
I've avoided using my phone all day so I could watch the full hearing which I've just finished.
I think one of the last things that Burlison said is most important, action is now needed. There's been hearings before and any attempt to get more info has been blocked. To really get to the bottom of things something new has to come along to move the dial on this issue.
Its going to need to be dragged out of agencies as they are not going to offer anything up which is basically what the excellent George Knapp said.

I was worried it was going to become 2hrs of repeated ‘whistleblowers need better protection’ comments but the anger from some of the committee around the lies and obfuscation from government departments (and non-elected staffers blocking progress attempts!) makes me mildly hopeful they will subpoena some of these gatekeepers next.
Showing the hellfire video was a smart move too as it gives journalists a hook to report on and spread the word to more people.

He then asked those who had heard ghosts to do likewise..this time about 80% raised their hand
Next asked those who had seen ghosts to make themselves known..this time 50% or so raised their hands
Finally he asked if anyone in the audience had made love to a ghost
This time only 1 hand was raised

"Look a Russian or Chinese drone! Shoot it down in case it's either surveilling us or planning to attack us!"

I agree with this like it will only be the US and China, dont think its taken from alien tech either itl just be what theyve developed themselves.
And the last thing they will want is it leaking so other countries can attempt to copy it. There will be no need to use it either as their convential tech/armies are enough to wipe out most countries if they wanted to - so it just comes out to get tested every now and again.

Maybe the missile strikes whatever is hanging below the balloon, you can almost make out the tether attached to the pieces underneath,
