We’ve opened ourselves up to this sort of thing by not agreeing a full season loan without any recall option. That said we may not have got him in the first place if we hadn’t agreed to that. The real issue is how late in the window it is and we’re probably going to struggle to get someone else in now. Other targets may have already made their move this window. Maybe we can tempt someone who’s fallen out of favour already this season.

Apparently there wasn't a recall option mate, they must have come to a mutual agreement, but surely we have a replacement lined up.

In truth, he hasn't exactly hit the ground running, however he hasn't had a real chance either. Providing we sign a better player, I don't think anyone will be fussed.
