Just what IH needed (which he knew), a couple of players to replace who's out of it, he's also added the necessary height to add to his options. Get them settled and the season is going again! The ever-changing face of football.

All about consistency at this level. If we could play like we did first half today we would challenge. Even second half we looked comfortable. Definitely have a squad this season and can make plenty of changes.
That was an excellent performance and made Crewe look ordinary.

Been falling out with the fans as we are divided with the ownership. Just concentrate on the football. Good to see him crediting the fans today.

Correct, it's all about putting something together -with options- then being consistent so you're always in games. Making other teams look ordinary will be what IH is looking for with your performances, using a squad also makes other managers wonder how to get something from you which Mr H will use to his positive benefit. You've put a standard down now so repeating it regularly is required. You're right again it's about concentrating on the football.

Feet firmly on the ground; it's only August so there area lot of hurdles still to get over yet!

If you're doing well players (and managers) attract interest, that's how the game works. Some will probably have been monitored for a while.Then it's all about how much the club want to keep whoever's attracting the interest and whether whatever's offered meets what the club value their asset at.
