As some have said,he may be behind in fitness/sharpness,but on my first view of him,he looked ponderous and slow to react.
I hope he’s not going to be as crap as the last Chelsea striker we loaned!

Hes making the movements across defenders that Mayenda doesnt (as he's a different kind of forward)

I think he will score a few if we give him chances

I think he has potential when fit and in a better starting x1 We need to find out before any pressure builds. One thing i will say if he is not going to start then it would be a strange loan??

I think its telling Chelsea insisted on no buy clause. Seems Barelona and Chelsea see something in him so think should give him time?

That raises the question has the club over estimated our striking force in terms of keeping us up with now just a few days before the window closes??

Liked the look of the two lads at the back last night. I think, if we can find one, a proven striker maybe more of a priority than a C/H? We can not plug all the gaps in one window for sure. We must ensure if the worse happens we are financially secure in the Championship and build again.

For me the Club could not have done much more to give us a chance of staying up. Last seasons X1 would have seen us sunk without a trace in most fans opinion including mine. Survival is all that matters this season and like our promotion thst will be an incredible achievment. We are where we are in terms of development.

One thing for sure any trace of toxic atmosphear and abuse of players after just a few games will very seriously undermine our chance of staying up. We have form when it comes to abusing our team and manager. Not something we should repeat. Need to bite our lips till they bleed🤣


Think we need to focus on supporting this group of new players come what may. I hope above all else there are not calls for Regis to go. I want him in charge next season come what may. Time for blind noisy faith as far as this season concerned what ever the results, not hysteria?? Though not holding my breath given our history😣 when will we learn??

Regis will have agreed who's taking them and to be fair the first 5 were all decent proving him right, then theres no reason to suppose hes better than Aleksic at 6 . Maybe he was 7 ? Its not as if Patto or Jensen Jones was in front of him
 
Being able to contribute is one thing, being able to start up front on your own and be effective is a different thing. It’s such an important position in a side like ours, we won’t get many chances so we need to take them, we also will desperately need to get out in some games and having a striker who can help us do that will be massive.

I can’t see a serious deal happening now. The prices keep rising as clubs get desperate as the window close approaches.
 
Ruh roh. Lewis Grabban vibes. Except Grabban was the only player who could put the ball in the net back then. I'll trust whatever the club decides
