One bad result

Harsh on Talbi. He's sprinting to get there and it's a neat chip, just falls a yard the wrong way

Mayenda's in position after a set piece routine and should be prepped to bury it
Is it harsh? I think both of them were very good chances. Players (all players) miss chances - that's why the xG for a penalty isn't 1. I'm not blaming anyone. Sometimes, things don't fall your way.

I just watched the Everton V Beighton highlights and seen Welbecks miss and penalty miss . I was banging the drum for us to sign him, and we would all be going mad if he did that to us. It's going to be up and down all season with every chance, miss, save scrutinised as it's such a cut throat league

Yes I agree with the second part of your post. Hence why I think it’s harsh.

‘Disgrace’ ‘Pathetic’ etc etc. What happened to backing the lads through a tough season? That out the window already?
Same posters can’t wait for the toxicity to race through their veins.

Players miss chances. Even the best of the best. Seems lost on some posters.

Aye don't think the moaning would of been as bad had it been against an established Premier team, just that it was Burnley who we went up with.

It would not have been as bad because we know who we can beat and who we can’t. Who we are good enough to beat and who we aren’t good enough to beat. Both Brentford and Aston Villa home games are going to be very hard indeed. Both Villa and Brentford are going to provide tough competition. But Villa will be that little bit more difficult. Whereas Burnley for example we should have put away by half time yet we didn’t.
