Genuinely think they're at the point where they are only doing this as they can't afford to pay compensation for 2 ex-managers as well as the salary of a new manager.

You couldn’t make it up like, that appointment made no sense to me he nearly relegated hull a side a season or so before had been pushing at the other end of the table. I think they wanted someone they could control more and not backfired. Wilder holds a lot of power with fans etc he will get them going again I’ve no doubt as they’ve still got a decent squad.
