They might be owned by anyone. However, it is which club is named on their FIFA/EUFA/Premier League registration that will determine whether they can (or can't) come to Sunderland. One option would be for Chelsea to transfer a player to another club within the Bluesco 'stable' and then that club loan us the player. Just a thought ...
