I think so. Opens at half ten so let the initial rush go and account for any delays. Although there will be loads heading down at lunchtime for a look so you could head down around two.

Unless your round the table in the commercial meeting no one will know the ins and outs. But my guess is the rwc opening was promised by someone outside the project team and i wont be surprised if the council have had to pay for a lot of variations to get this opened today. And yes i guess the tarmac would be one of that as an easy way to get it done quickly
