That isn't how it works. Whether you get it this month or lumped on with next month, your taxable income for the year will be identical.

Every day is a school day👍 looks like over full zone has only been paid half their overtime. Yet other zones are fine🤷

Noticed there was a lot of angry workers today.
Shift allowance goes this month and the September overtime is another crippler.
I ll defend Nissan as much as I can but the place is turning into an absolute hell hole for their staff

Does that mean their pay next month goes down? Can see people starting to leave in droves if they're making it awful to work there and remove the incentives for doing it.

How much did it equate to? Someone mentioned but can't be arsed hunting the thread for it.

The shift allowance is being removed for Line 1 staff and they now only work day shift. Line 2 will still get it as they do days/lates.
 
My cousins asked one of the mid level managers about the missing overtime as he had planned on it for something. The answer was, don’t rely on overtime.
 
Missing overtime will be paid via a separate payment on to of our monthly wage. Supervisor confirmed at SOS.

They are mortgaged to the hilt and exist on loans guaranteed by mug govts like Uk govt

Thrown together a new model as quick as they could when they realised they were in deep s**t and needed something to compete with the EV market after initial success with the first Leaf but then slacking for years. And it looks like they’ve copied a Tesla from the back.
Too little too late in my opinion.
