We won’t be getting amad man 😂 I always have a little chuckle to myself when people say get him. He’s a player that’s important to Man Utd.

24 man squad there. Allowed 25, and honestly looking at it I can't see which position we'd go for. I'm all for putting faith in the front 3, why wouldn't you when two of them have just scored in the opening day, if a striker is to be replaced though it'd be Isidor. 4 strikers in a squad for one position just wouldn't work.

If Reinildo plays half a dozen games at CB due to injury or suspension of Ballard or Alderete, I doubt he’d let us down. Plus Mukiele can slot in at CB too

Players under the age of 21 do not need to be registered in the 25-man squad if they have been at the club for at least two years

Just more focused on match day squad than squad for the season. I think that's a solid enough squad but signings made now will have to be made with AFCON in mind. I think it could be a CM loan and a winger purchased.

Im in two camps on this, Reggie has shown sometimes he doesn’t care what form a player is in sometimes. Like when he brought Ballard back in for the playoffs. A lot of people thought it was a bad move as mepham and onien were seen as first choice at that point. But he saw where Ballard maybe needed with the balls in the box and brought him straight back in. I just can’t see him dropping Ballard though if he continues like Saturday. Same as this other French lad, people will say we’ve not signed him to sit on the bench but if Hume continues to play well he will be on the bench. It’s a squad game and just like Le fee they’ll all get their chance at some point.

With this squad, we’ve absolutely no reason not to have a go in the cups.

I’d hope that the first choice for any position would be fluid and based on form, fitness and how Le Bris wants to set up for each game.. we’re building a squad and creating an environment of competition and a demand for consistency from the players.. long may it last!!

It's a long old season and in the blink of an eye we will have injuries and suspensions, everyone in the squad is going to get game time at some point.

Maybe with addons, but it won’t be all upfront etc. Read to trigger a clause it pretty much has to be a lumper so maybe a deal with more addons but that pushes it over his original clause would be better for all parties.
 
hope this lads good after we've seemingly spent all summer chasing him and are now apparently offering more than his expired release clause. yeah yeah appreciate it'll be to do with the breakdown of the payment etc

clearly our top target given we won't let it go so i trust with our recruitment so far the lads an absolute world beater :cool:
