There is also a 564 thread on Non League football, so not sure what point you’re making. What happens on this thread is quite simple. Boro fan makes a comment to bait, potentially one of the biggest fans forum in the country and gets dozens of replies. Hence the thread continues. Whoops I’m doing exactly that 😉

Each to their own, i quite enjoy being on other fans message boards. i actually like this board - the football side of it. Our main board has too much political nonsense and not a separate area like this one.

I WFH with pretty relaxed hours so i have a look every now and then.

Not sure why people feel the need to respond if they don't get it or find it odd? As has been said its one thread out of thousands. You could easily skip it. If the general consensus is you don't want fans of other teams or just no Boro fans then simply remove and block them.

For the record i would say this is one of the better boards out there, good banter, very busy and for the most part modest. And as a Boro fan, obviously we are desperate for you to need us hence why we are here.

Really surprised this thread is still going to be honest.

A few months back I pointed out that Boro didn't get much of a mention on here when you were in League One.

I was told this was because we were in separate divisions, so there was no reason for you to talk about Boro.

Take no notice mate - if there were no supporters on from other teams this place would just be an echo chamber.

Speaking of echo chambers, are the politics as mental as the ones on here? I used to occasionally post on politics threads until I realised you were labelled a Tory/Deformer/Racist/Fascist (delete as appropriate) for displaying any views which aren’t far left.
 
Interesting season for Boro, in previous campaigns under Carrick , play offs were a definite target and so there was pressure to achieve. Now , with a new coach and none of the squad being his , I don’t see a lot of expectation , especially if Hackney goes.

Aye, I've posted on here for years now. When I first started posting on here Boro were in a division below Sunderland.

It's just that I'd pointed out that nobody really spoke about Boro on here when you were in League One, and apparently it was because we were in separate divisions.

It's just a bit odd that there is such an interest in Boro now when we're both in separate divisions.
