That's a fair enough post but I'd hardly call it being confrontational.

There's a poster who keeps saying that Boro fans were on here all the time wanting to talk about football when you were in League On. In return I've just pointed out that Sunderland fans didn't really want to talk football when you were in League One.

Boro fans coming on here then weren't wanting to talk football. They just wanted to take the piss.

Last season this thread was relevant because we were in the same league.

This season, less relevant.

I'm really trying hard here not to rip your clubs performance last year, and your chances this year to threads, but you are making it increasingly difficult to do so.

No self respect boro fans. Know they are inferior and insignificant and they all signed up on here when Sunderland were in League one for one reason and that failed. Plus even then Sunderland blew them out the water for attendances on top of that. They've always been the cinderella team, they occasional win against a big club and thats it, they will always be a tumbleweed club with no importance. Just existing to themselves with no rivals, no Derby just a tiny club for the biggest shi t hole in England. They just beg and beg for attention, any attention.

They want to just get on fmttmtmtmtm moon or whatever its called and focus on themselves for eternity. Hey they might pass Leeds and Sunderland in 12 months if they get promotion and leeds and sunderland get relegation. I just don't get why mutants are even on here.

Carrick always seemed to start poorly and then play catch up. Wonder if Edwards can get them going from the off

Still not sure about their central defence. They were the same ones who kept having the calamity moments last season ? Maybe with wing backs , it allows them more protection.

If they can keep hold of Azaz and Hackney they should ( as usual) be in with a sniff of play offs.

Aged old problem for them though.
Whereas we had a young squad with ambition , the likes of Ayling Fry Barlaser Lenighan Dieng McGree are all at the best level they will ever be at.

The last thing they need is the threat of promotion and being out on their ear.

It might look like that to you or others. It's bewilderment, frustration that I come on a Sunderland forum and see Boro fans obsessed. Look at you 22k posts on a Sunderland forum and you're a Boro fan. If I had that many as a Sunderland fan id look in the mirror and know id need to get a hobby or a life. 22k posts as a Boro fan its weird. Occasional message from time to time fine but 22k that's obsessive. I bet you haven't even posted that many times on Fmttmtmtmtm or if you have wow you do have alot of spare time and an empty life. In my life I have posted on another clubs forum zero times. Saying that tho I've seen a few of your posts in the dog thread and you seem a decent lad actually, maybe take the dogs for a walk.
