As someone who doesn't live in the City, and have always admitted I think Newcastle is miles better - the rate of improvement in Sunderland is brilliant to watch. Its remarkable what they're doing - just wish it started 20 years agoHad a look today. Sheepfolds makes total sense now. Opens up the north side of the river. Will be great addition to city.
