Wroxham is my fave place down here, I had the boat up there a couple of weeks back when it was baking it was beautiful as ever, we will probably retire up there, if I make retirement age, I’m just south of Norwich near Brooke now.Ah I see. Ii live east of York now, so NE weather is always cooler than where I live.
I spent masses of time down there as a kid and at one point, after a 6 month stint, I even picked up the accent. Will do, cheers for the info.Naah, you can still eat them
Just give then a good scrub over with a scouring pad.
Potato scab is caused by bacteria in the soil.
Red & white potatoesI grow my tomatoes in kitchen compost. This year a potato plant came up in one of my tomato pots presumably from a piece of peeling which hadn't rotted down. I stuck it in a pot of last years spent compost and shoved it in a corner.. Pleasantly surprised at the results.

My greenhouse in full bloom mode, pretty shocked at the season I’ve had in there this year.
I cut the 168th cucumber this morning, and all from just 5 plants, still another 4/50 that will grow over this next few weeks. The tomatoes are fantastic as well, still hundreds left to ripen. Pulled the carrots(about 1500) and me x d the boy are gonna pull the onions n the morning and build a drying table to get them dried. whilst we are away on our jollies.
few carrots, bit thin but I mass planted them so to be expected.quick wash and they are good to go.
