England v India - Third Test, 10/07

This place is better when you are on it but it’s no wonder that you keep picking up these regular bans. Probably another one.
I don’t mind different opinions but if someone else made that point he would disagree with it, but changes his view depending who posts it.

And we have been taking about ‘cliques’ 😁

Because the history of the game is littered with good bowlers who bowl around that or very little above it .

Hway mate you been round long enough and watched enough cricket to know that bowling is not just about pace
That’s not my point here

It’s Reddy. He’s not bowling unlayable deliveries and hot Duckett out to a strangle and the walking wicket of Crawley

That’s my point here. He should be cannon fodder for our players on this pitch and conditions

It’s a very simple point I’m making and I can’t believe people can’t grasp it
Genuinely no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's time for you to log off and go for a walk.
I am. Enjoy the game MBH. I know it’s you

Duckett was a bad shot mate, but by any comparison Crawley ball that he got was a good one

The lad stated he had never seen me post on this forum

Now he’s either has me on ignore (I wish) or that’s a down right lie and an attempt to ridicule and abuse, to prove some point

What do you reckon ?

He was bowling very good deliveries and in these condition has looked the most dangerous of their bowlers. He may not in his next spell, he may not tomorrow but a batsman can only play what is in front of them at any given moment and that was a good spell of bowling. If that was cannon fodder then so was the bowling of all of them.

Crawley got a good ball but you can’t ignore the first half an hour where he couldn’t even take guard properly and was charging down the pitch exposing his stumps. That’s not what top openers do in international cricket

If a bowler bowls at 80mph he shouldn't take wickets, and if he does it's the batsmen at fault. This place never fails

I'm always hopeful the football fan type reaction will fade.
That’s not the point at all but well played

I’ve made it absolutely simple to understand but this continuous attack is very tiring

I get it , the majority detest my posting and wish it was no more

Well you’ve all succeeded. I’ll take a watching brief and will post after play from here on in

Just seen this comment...averages under 31 in tests
59 scores of under 20 in 103 innings
1 century in 33 innings in the last 2 years (against Zimbabwe)
He's poor. Should be dropped imo. However that average is broadly the same as Rory Burns and better than the likes of Jennings (who was your solution to the problem last year) Sibley, Lees, Stoneman, Hameed who were all 'the next cab on the rank'. Test cricket is hard and there is no outstanding candidate that you could realistically expect to take his place and score more than a 30 average. That's not to say we shouldn't try.

I want to reply but can’t. Arrgh. Maybe try someone else and they may improve including those who have failed in the past

Sorry I know that’s patronising and arrogant

I'm not into attacks sir. I just found your point about a lack of pace to downplay a players bowling ability silly.

Crawley, who you dislike, got out to a very good ball. That doesn't mean hrs great, but opposition never get praise, which is odd.

The latter half of your post is simply childish. To me you come across as someone who tends to hoy the toys and play the victim when its just a debate.

I'd rather you didnt do just do off from posting, (there wasn't any malice, not from from me anyway, I just found your view point to be silly on this occasion).
