That's the most ridiculous comment ever. Of course the company want to keep people and are attracting people as people are coming through induction. Spreading rumours and false ones at that does not help anyone

When I was there you’d be expecting to finish your shift and the line wouldn’t stop. That was how you found out you were doing overtime that day, usually most days.
They then agreed to let you know by last break in one of the pay negs… as if that was much better.

Closer to £2000 after the deductions yet the simple ones won’t see that(if this actually is going to be voted on) Amount of paid OT everyone is doing atm it’s probably 10 months worth of OT depending on wage. f***ing mad if anyone votes yes for that just for a quick £

That’s all the want, people to walk out the door. Save money employ someone on cheaper wages, anyone heard about the migrants they are hiring? Actually picking them up in a bus on a morning from the hotels? 🤦
