Simon Adingra 🇨🇮 Signed!

so what do you suggest? we sign more players in their positions that limits gametime even further?
I think signing so many African players is a risk in a season where every point is going to be hard to come by. There’s hundreds of other players to target who will be available all season. I’d not have made a move for an entire half a team of players were going to miss for at least 2/3 games

Brighton fans don’t seem to think he’s up to that much and a fee around £18m is good business for them.

Although they do concede it’s been difficult for him being no more than a bit part player behind Mitoma and Minteh.

Think people are missing this fact, only 2 teams can make the final and we've signed players from Congo and Mozambique who likely won't progress too far. We're only gunna be short for a couple games in reality
Diarra is from Senegal. They will be expected to do well

Can't believe there's people doubting whether this player improves our starting line up man 😂.

Can't get starts for a team that challenged for Europe last season with Mitoma ahead of him so he must be shite. Classic SMB logic.

He will 1000% go into the starting line up on the left hand side.

Many are vastly under estimating the gulf between top half in the Premier League vs. 4th in the Championship. He massively improves our starting eleven, is still young and the fee isn't massive for a player with Premier League experience. It's a great addition to the squad.

deffo , and he’s a massive upgrade on watson who went the other way ,

Yeah mundle, rigg and cirkin are our championship side, that’s what I’m saying. As it stands we’re going to be losing at least 4 players (possibly 5) so our entire side is going to be the one that couldn’t beat Leeds last year, minus jobe.
We should ask if we can pull out the league

Was there a noticeable change in his performances when you changed manager?
I wouldn't say so.

First thing to say is that he's a decent player and an out and out winger. His biggest fault is that he's not Kaoru Mitoma, and honestly if I'm saying that's his biggest issue then that gives you an idea of how he's thought of. His second biggest fault is that he probably doesn't track back enough. Creatively he's absolutely fine and he is definitely a Premier League player. You can talk about the minutes and stats per minute, but because of his direct competition he's never had much of an extended run in the side. Over all, he's been a very good squad player.

Put it this way: I'd much rather have him in my squad than Julio Enciso, who is a bit of a bell-end.

There's nothing wrong with this post. Excitement aside, it's something to be concerned about.

A decent bottom half Prem player then? All things considered..

Aye should expect them to do well alongside Ivory Coast for Adingra. Morocco will be well fancied but I don't think Talbi has yet to feature for them. But I don't think players missing for AFCON is as big a concern as people are making out

Tbh, there's some on here who believe Mitoma is shit, so try and argue with that kind of stupidity!
