Get him it gives confidence we can get other top targets against strong competiton, don't and missing out on a second keeper maybe that looks a bit more doubtful.

The other ones we've signed so far have gone from nothing to Fabrizio just announcing the deal is done. We're clearly leaking it to him once deals have been agreed so we're probably not there yet with this one.

Gala have been pushing very hard for Petrovic. When you type his name into Twitter it’s literally 80% gala fans

Now there’s been talk today of the Petrovic move getting harder for them and them showing interest in sommer / other keepers

Now fab has tweeted that sommer + a list of goalkeepers are options for gala

Maybe expecting Petrovic to sign somewhere else?

Got to say I’m not sure on this one now checked out a Chelsea forum and they were literally in total disbelief at the thought of him coming here, sounds too good to be true

Would absolutely love it to be true like

This is the sort of transfer window us “get our signings in early during the summer window whingers” have been whinging about all of our lives. Well done KLD, KS, RLB and the rest of the backstage crew. I wonder if the “it doesn’t matter” types will finally admit they’ve been wrong all their lives next May after SAFC complete our first domestic treble, the big man wins his first European Golden Boot and Riggy wins his first Balon Dor.

Extra important this year given our first game is home against West Ham and is the sort of game we need to be winning given their financial struggles.
