SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

Was round the stadium this morning and its a proper building site atm, the south west corner is completely cordoned off now so you cant walk round, they have got all the road up moving all the cabling from the existing comms/media hub to the new one further back into the car park, the public realm continuation from sheepfolds is all getting paved over ready for the subway to be backfilled and paved over...gonna be class
Why does it need a subway thing to get to sheepfolds from the stadium? Didn't it used to be on the same level before they dug it up?

Too windy this weekend but I'll see what I can do during the week.

It's cutting the corner off over the cobbled path down to the river. So the subway is for the path. Walking to the Sheepfolds will be on the same level as before and overground.

They’ve posted an article about VAR on the website, but haven’t specifically mentioned anything about how it’ll work specifically in the SoL. For anyone how isn’t aware on how it works I suppose here you are:

Apologies the photo doesn't show it well but I'll hoy a video up later which shows it a bit better.
Seems to be a trench from the Stadium down past the old roundabout
. Drainage? Cabling?

It'll probably be for this.

Me too. I don’t know if I have mentioned it before but whatever the improvement and however much the small minded among us may wish to bicker about tiny trivial things, fact is that what is happening to the stadium is one of those unique things which occur at this time of year to a tiny group of clubs - a stadium in the process of being fitted with Premier League equipment and technology. Apart from Leeds and Burnley no other club right now is seeing improvements and upgrades in facilities, technology and services.
Every PL club has stadium upgrading stuff done every summer. Not that you’re gonna see this.
