SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

Is more rail seating going in this season?

You would think so especially when the had it up on the big screens but on the other hand they havent done it with the South stand (roker end)
Our rail seating is terrible compared to other grounds mind, the bars are far too big making it difficult to get past people. I was in The Kop at Anfield for Springsteen last Saturday in their rail seating section and it was much better thinner bars.

I bought a ticket to sit there for the rugby World Cup match. Is it going to be crap to sit behind?

People did initially sit at the start and it was canny shite aye, not so much for the rails themselves but just the lack of room. You can tell it was an end built for standing, which most of The Kop still seem to do. Thankfully after a few songs everyone stood and it was miles better.

It's a half arsed solution. They need rail seating instead of daft rails next to existing seats.
No they don’t
How do they communicate VAR etc?

Everything just feels right about the club atm. I'm absolutely buzzing with it all.

Me too. I don’t know if I have mentioned it before but whatever the improvement and however much the small minded among us may wish to bicker about tiny trivial things, fact is that what is happening to the stadium is one of those unique things which occur at this time of year to a tiny group of clubs - a stadium in the process of being fitted with Premier League equipment and technology. Apart from Leeds and Burnley no other club right now is seeing improvements and upgrades in facilities, technology and services.

Everton fans may agree to differ.

(Is this where I get a goodbye? Or have I already had one so you can't see this anyway? I can't keep up TBH).

I've mentioned it before but there should be pictures all the way around the stadium and concourse of our history and great moments and players. We don't shout about it enough
I preferred it when bars were named after former players etc. Better than Ice bar, or whatever.

Fulham fans disagree.

Was round the stadium this morning and its a proper building site atm, the south west corner is completely cordoned off now so you cant walk round, they have got all the road up moving all the cabling from the existing comms/media hub to the new one further back into the car park, the public realm continuation from sheepfolds is all getting paved over ready for the subway to be backfilled and paved over...gonna be class
