Durham v Sussex (h) C.C.

I just hope that with Worcester losing and it looks like Yorkshire are going to lose the captains think a draw is a good result for both sides and the match slips into a bore fest

Notts v Yorkshire nailed on draw surely?

Yorkshire can’t lose that game without a massively contrived run chase, they have a very small chance of winning, but a draw must be about 97% on WinViz.
They've got 4 top class bowlers who they can keep fresh by rotating over 50 overs and it's not an easy pitch to score easily on. Hardly a gamble.

I think they’d want two sessions minimum in order to take 10 wickets, because they know if we lost wickets we’d just drop anchor.

Well after the first half hour of play it appears this is heading for a draw.
Most interesting thing is this field for Ibrahim.

Couple big LBW appeals from Potts, looked close on replays (albeit i have no sound so unsure if not out for any inside edge etc)

From Doggett and Coughlin, to Hogg and Yousuf, to Minto and Killeen and then Conners and De Leede and no doubt later it will be Wagner and who knows ..... it is easy to see why we have so struggled to bowl sides out when in with a chance of winning,eg .. Warks, Yorks and this one from 28-3. In short, Potts and Raine have bowled themselves into the ground and with the exception of an impressive Yousuf, the back up are still young or not quite top level. Injuries have hurt us this season, so for me Im happy to see Worcs and Yorks struggling and keep that gap growing until we can find a consistent bowling unit that can get us wins. Coupled with endless flat pitches its been frustrating as we do have a decent squad.

What are Sussex even trying to do?

In meeting all day today so not able to watch

This Kookaburra bollocks wants ending mind. Load of shite.
Barely a ball has genuinely beaten the bat. Might as well be playing with a tennis ball.
Well our next 3 games are using the Kookaburra

@Aidan11 think I said it was just 2 the other day.

So away to Surrey, away to Somerset and home to Surrey.
