Boro thread


Personally I’d prefer Boro and the mags to be scrapping it out below us in whichever division we happen to be in at any one time. Oh and gannin out of the cups sharpish while we go deep deep deep into the later stages on a regular basis.
I think that’d be good for tha reejun as a whole.

I used to be like this till I worked down there, they hate Sunderlsnd 🤣

Snides as well. When there doing well all they want to talk about is football. When they're shite football doesn't exist.

Same with the home nations. Used to cheer for them until I watch 6 nations in a pub and every fucker wanted England to get beat.

So now I think fuck the home nations and local clubs.

But even if you have the odd one saying it, it does not reflect what the average Boro fan think. They generally hate Newcastle, especially since the Saudi thing.

The problem you have is Mr Gibson can't plug the gap anymore. We have bigger revenues, when we were fresh on not the championship out of league one, he could bridge the gap with that. That won't be the case if we drop down and meet again.

If it's true that you 'didnt turn up' for those games then it's not exactly in the spirit of the game.
I'm sure there'd be plenty Sunderland fans complaining about teams ' not turning up' if they were facing one of your promotion / relegation rivals.

Maybe phrased it incorrectly. We turned up but utilised those games to suit ourselves like anyone else would have done.
