Ultimately, it’s about making money and Fender has found an audience he can milk for years to come.

Just look at the gimmick which Kneecap have adopted. Although they have gotten themselves in bother recently, they will know it plays well with elements in Belfast and Glasgow.

I took my youngest to the mag fest at SJP a few years ago, and it was exactly that- b&w tops everywhere.
The night was a moderate success though, Inhaler were support band (excellent), i left a sunlun sticker up high in the toilets, and the bairn (showing zero shame) was tongue sarneying with this almost middle aged wife- her pals thought it was hilarious that he was pashing on in front of his da

Kneecap are total shite mate , but I agree with Sam fender - early stuff was quite good but recent stuff a bit meh

His music is okay, modern music rarely uses guitars and drums these days so it makes a change.

Why he has to pander to the mags football support and become a professional Geordie is behind me, he didn’t need to do that.
