Jordan Henderson (signed for Brentford)

Nobody in interested in what you think. What have you achieved in life compared with Hendo? Over to you - surely you’re not just a keyboard warrior? Over to you……….
You’re interested enough to keep replying mate 🤣

What I have or haven’t done in my life is absolutely irrelevant to this because (as far as ai know) there is no talk about me signing for Sunderland and being tbe o buoys candidate to be captain.

Do you really not understand that point?

Besides if I started listing things it would wake up my stalker and nobody wants that.

Your obsession with keyboards is bizarre too. 🤣
I think you need an education. You clearly struggled at school. Your prejudice runs through your veins! The issue is this - Hendo is a man of integrity who you choose to condemn. My question is - who are your? And what have you achieved? Over to you…..
You really don’t get the point do you? 🤣🤣🤣

Haway the podcast made a good point, does bringing Henderson in stop Triantis from having a season of getting broken into the first team.

No because we need 25 players who can compete at this level
Because he hated it there. That's called consequence, not regret that he made a huge moral fckup and betrayed a group of people he'd been very publically supporting.
Where's the evidence that he had some sort of moral epiphany?
He could well be a great signing for us, but he's still a hypocrite who refuses to condemn the Saudis.

I said he was a hypocrite at the time. But people have got to be able to make mistakes and move on.

Truth was he had all sorts of people telling him it was the right thing to do from Liverpool (£20m), to Gerrard (we will be great together) , to his agents and advisors (10% +)

Yes he has to take responsibility for his decisions and that was a bad one in our eyes, but let’s face it it’s specifically because of the mags.

There are people criticising Jordan for political purposes who are supporting Hamas actions in Gaza … yet they would be strung up if they went there.

The world is full of hypocrites and I doubt little Jordan registers on the Richter scale apart from in the minds of a few holier than thous

Doesn’t have to be “holier than thou” to have an opinion on this, but yeah that is a decent post and you raise some good points.

Whatever your views on the rights and wrongs of him going to Saudi, please don’t make the argument,
“who wouldn’t have turned down that sort of money to look after their family”

Because, he had more than enough money to keep him and his family in comfort, forever.
This. Can’t stand the argument of ‘who wouldn’t go there for that kinda money’ as if footballers are on the poverty line. It’s pure greed they go for.

And, to an extent, I don’t blame them, if the money is there why wouldn’t they take it.
But, please, don’t say, Henderson going to play in Saudi, was because he was looking after his family. Because, they were already more than well looked after.
I so wish he hadn’t made that career choice.

Yeah it was a poor choice he made and by the fact he didn’t stay long shows he knows that also.
Why he made that choice is anyone’s guess but it’s done now.
I would argue that he’s done more good than bad still in his career.

Was it that he knew he’d made a poor choice that he didn’t stay long (I don’t know the answer)
He made so many good choices, his support of LGBT was brilliant.
Then he went to play in a country that opposes LGBT to the extent they kill gays.
