I know he’s probably a few grand up, but surely he is somewhere watching this clip thinking he might have got this one wrong?Spine tingling stuff
also Its a far better finish than most have given him credit for.

All signs point to us choosing to sell him therefore he had to leave really.I know he’s probably a few grand up, but surely he is somewhere watching this clip thinking he might have got this one wrong?
Aye, fair enough, sometimes we don’t know the bigger picture. Fair play and good luck to the lad.All signs point to us choosing to sell him therefore he had to leave really.
No way does an 18yr old just breaking through his boyhood club want to leave imo.
Only thing i wonder is could both parties have left it until the summer and decide after knowing which league we were in. Different negotiations surely from both sides
I can only find one thing negative about tommy's goal and that it detracts from the quality of Mayenda's goal!two great goals but Tommy's goal will be played over and over again and rightly so but mayenda also deserves a huge slap on the back also!
The two hugging people front row as Tommy runs off that both topple over not to be seen againTo be honest, with all these video's it's always the crowd that interests me the most not the goal itself. Everytime you watch a different section there's a different story with a different group of people.
Both goals immense in their own right, but when the ball nearly bursts the net like Mayendas, you get one hell of a crowd reactionI agree. As good as the Watson finish was, we must not forget the Mayenda goal which surely is one of the best SAFC team goals at Wembley. Everything about it is perfect
"De l'art" as they say in France

Ha - aye he’s half a jump ahead of everyone elseAye it is. Love Roberts reaction as well. I can’t stop watching it either. There’s a bloke in the home top and white bucket hat up from the top right of the goal who seems to be the first to realise it’s in.
Can see myself going wild in the crowd on that one.Picking people out in the crowd during the build up, and their reaction after it goes in, goosebumps every single time

He will score a very similar goal for Brighton. There is a clip of him doing supervised training on his own and he does the selfsame thing at least a dozen times. That was not a one off.Practice mate ..its very difficult to hit a ball straight and on the deck over long distances with instep or inside of foot .the only person ive seen do that was Jordan Henderson(and he'l need a hip op by he's 50)...I dont think Tommy will score a goal of such beauty and such importence in the next 18 years of his career..He has literally peeked! But what a goal to have on your CV!
I love a video with no commentary on it, just the crowd noiseNice to watch the official video's, how about this one

I was shouting PASS PASS PASS!Roberts was telling him to switch it left to, I assume, Cirkin trying to overlap. Best he's glad he didn't listen to him.
We need to make sure that when he is no longer able to play he becomes part of the coaching staff. We can’t lose what he has to anyone else.Best part was Luke running down the pitch in a sling not only to celebrate but to tell them to concentrate and then egging on the crowd. That's born leadership.
