Cirkin issues

shieldsmp

Midfield
In his post match interview on Saturday, Dennis referred to having off field issues this past season, and not just injuries.
Any background on this?
Anyone know what he may have been referring to?

Hopefully, whatever it was is out of the way before next season. A BIG year ahead!

He’s had quite well publicised mental health troubles since his fathers passing, I assume it’s that

Was a moment when all the players were over the other side near the dugouts jumping all over each other, denis was over the other side on his own just lying on the deck looking at us all taking it tall in, i said at the time it was a bit bizarre, if he has had problems maybe he needed a few minutes on his own. Comes over like a lot of the current crop do as a good lad like.

People forget that the lads are human.
Some posters were calling Neil allsorts during the game! He had terrible cramp.
Roberts getting shit constantly he was playing with an injury. Should be a bit of benefit of the doubt for lads who’ve done well for us.
Didn’t know Dennis had problems. Hope he gets through them and back to his best.

Fans sometimes forget, these are all really young lads with a tremendous amount of pressure to perform. Whatever (if anything) is up with Cirkin, I hope the club gives him all the help he needs. He's been tremendous, not just this season.
