Or did the club offer him a shocking first pro deal that he didn’t sign? If he’s one of the best options on Saturday he that starting or substitute then use him, if he isn’t then don’t. Simple as that.We can afford to spit the dummy out when there is 200m quid and premier league football on the line.

Hes not the best option. He's a squad player and since returning from injury, in dead games that he could have proved himself in, he was poor.
Also you are speculating on what the club offered him or they didnt. He didnt want to sign, then he did, played a few games, and jumped ship.

That’s your opinion on if he is the best option or not. The only persons the counts is the managers . If he thinks he is then he plays or he is on the bench. If he does not then he isn’t. We can’t afford to fuck about just because he is somewhere else next season. So if you are saying I am speculating on what the club offered then you are as well by saying he didn’t want to sign and then did. Let’s just say I am pretty confident I’m right.

I'd play him if the alternative is Le Fee on the left. Le Fee should be in the centre. Obviously mundle is first choice if fit. And there's an argument for Mayenda/Isidor to be ahead of him on the left too. But those are footballing reasons. I wouldn't drop him because he's signed for another club any more than I'd have dropped amad for saying he was staying at united last play off campaign

No his pro deal was offered, along with another player if i recall, and he delayed. Its even been confirmed on podcasts. Speakman confirmed he turned his deal down. No speculation what so ever on my side.

And comparing to Amad? A player who was loaned to us? Really?

Play Watson to on the left, we will be overpowered. Id love to have Le Fee in the middle, but not if it means putting a sub par player in.

At no point did I say he didn’t turn a deal down. The comment from speakman was about more recent stuff not his first pro deal. Also no other player was offered a pro deal around his deal, that wouldn’t even make sense.

Excatly you have no idea so you’re just making assumptions. What is absolute fact is that if he was desperate to leave Sunderland then the easiest way to have done it would have been not sign his pro deal at all.
